Notices to Noteholders

Please note that the first and second Notice to creditors are addressed to holders of notes issued under all programs. The Notices to Noteholders each refer to a specific program. Also, please note that most of the notes were issued under the Euro Medium Term Note Program (EMTN).

The Bankruptcy Trustees will send "Notices to Noteholders" also through the communication channels of the clearing agencies.
