Information concerning the findings of the Liquidators will be published through public reports. The Liquidators will publish a public report once a year.

Please note that these reports do not intend to render account or provide a full overview of the status of the liquidation of LBT. Individual Noteholders, creditors or third parties can therefore not derive any rights from these reports.
